Material

Lotus paste The right amount
Cheng Noodles (Wheat Starch) 250g
Cassava starch 125g
Hot water The right amount
Sugar The right amount

Mix the clear noodles, tapioca starch and sugar

Add hot water, stir while adding, add slowly

After adding the right amount of hot water, stir with chopsticks, cover and let stand for 10 minutes

Knead the dough until smooth
