Material

Laoganma hot sauce
cowpea
Sesame paste
June Fresh Soy Sauce
Garlic
Chicken essence
vinegar
Sesame oil

Vigna cut and other long strips of cowpea, boiled in cooked water, open salt and a small amount of oil, add cowpea and blanched for about three minutes, quickly remove the cold water

Appropriate amount of each of the above seasonings is added and diluted with a small amount of water

Finally put the minced garlic on the cowpea
