Stir-fried noodles with eggplant

I saw a dish on the Chinese Food Tour on the BBC. It was quite simple and tasted good. But the hostess was speechless. An overseas Chinese hardly understands authentic Chinese food. Her so-called Chinese food is entirely a foreigner's thinking. The film is good-looking in the court. Friends who have free time can go and see it. (Everyone has something up and down)

Material

Scallion, Ginger and Garlic
eggplant
noodles
green pepper

Ginger garlic minced in the oil pan until fragrant, then shredded green pepper, then eggplant.

Do n’t use too much oil, add water to make it boring, add soy sauce

At the same time as the previous two steps, I made a note that the knife used on the TV cuts the noodles. Of course, I only have the wide noodles.
