Soup stock
Snail 300G
Firecrackers 50G

Wash and drain the snails, shoot bamboo shoots, slice green pepper, and slice 3 mm thick bacon. Whole garlic cloves, peeled and diced ginger.

Bring the water to a boil in the pot, boil the bamboo shoots in the water and remove them for use.

Pour a small amount of edible oil into the pot, cook until seven mature and pour green peppers, stir-fry the bamboo shoots slightly, and set aside for use.

Add edible oil to the pot, medium heat, eight mature, add garlic cloves and fry until yellowed, add ginger grains, pour bacon over high heat, stir fry snails quickly for 2 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of salt, broth, chicken essence, white sugar and stir fry, add cooking wine, water 500G.

Add the boiled bamboo shoots and green peppers, boil over medium heat, then you can start cooking.
