Material

Bay leaf 1
salmon
Miso
ginger
Red pepper
Seasonal vegetables
Mushrooms
shallot

Put miso in the pot, mix well with water to miso 3: 1, add ginger, cinnamon leaves, and chopped red pepper to boil.

After the fire has boiled, turn to low heat and slowly put the salmon steak in it and simmer for 8 ~ 10 minutes

After the fish is cooked, remove it and place it in a plate. Dip a little broth over the fish to prevent the meat from drying out. Then the fire turned

After the soup is boiled, pour the mushrooms, seasonal vegetables according to personal preference

Use your hands to gently break the fish into slices and put them in the bowl with the chopped green onions.

Once the soup is cooked, put the hot soup into the bowl.
