Shrimp Cold Noodles with Lettuce

Material

Vermicelli
lettuce
Shrimp
egg
soy sauce
Vinegar
sesame oil
Chili oil

Put the eggs and noodles together after boiling

Cook the noodles and remove them. Put the shrimp in the hot water. The noodles removed are washed with cold water and dried.

Tear the lettuce into the plate, then turn off the fire and remove the shrimps and eggs, soak them in cold water (I use frozen shrimps so I need to cook longer, if they are fresh shrimps, they can be removed before lettuce, but eggs It ’ll take longer to cook)

Place the noodles on the lettuce, add the shrimps, peel the eggs and cut open

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil.
