Shandong Zaozhuang Spicy Chicken

Every Zaozhuang people will never forget the food of their hometown, the white lamb soup, the crispy and crispy vegetable pancakes, and of course the hot spicy chicken! Spicy chicken is one of the three famous dishes in Zaozhuang (I do n’t know how the official statistics are, this is the case for the folks anyway). Every time I go back to my hometown, I will let my family fry a chicken, and then go to the tea shop for vacuum packaging and take it away. It is the kind of Shandong cuisine that is fresh and salty and spicy.
