Material

Tenderloin
Tomato, onion, fungus, shallot
Ginger and garlic
Salt, soy flour, chicken essence, cooking wine, sugar

The fungus is washed and the boiled water is taken out of the enlarged bowl

Cut the tenderloin slices with salt, soy flour (multiple points), chicken essence, cooking wine, sugar, water and mix well

Bring the water to a boil and pour the stir-fried tenderloin into the bowl.

Put the oil in the pan and saute the ginger and garlic powder. Stir in the diced tomatoes and the onion. Add a little water to make the tomatoes sticky.

Sprinkle with green onions.
