Material

High-gluten flour 120g
Natural yeast (100% gouache) 60g
salt 3g
water 70g
Black sesame 7g

Knead ingredients other than black sesame seeds until smooth, add black sesame seeds and knead well

After being doubled, pat the dough gently and roll up from the top to close

Place the dough on greased paper twice, and at the same time preheat the oven slate and baking tray by 250 degrees

After the second round, the surface of the dough is sieved

Pour a cup of hot water into the baking tray of the oven, immediately close the oven door, quickly cut 4 openings in the dough, and then send it to the oven slate.

Turn on the heat for 5 minutes, then remove the baking tray, turn it up and down for 25 minutes, and let the grill cool down after being baked.
