Nourishing the stomach is simple. Say these two are my pursuits?

Clam (or similar seafood) | 5 |
Tender tofu | The right amount |
parsley | One tree |
Miso | A spoonful |
Boil clams in boiling water, add a little vinegar, cooking wine or something. Cook until all the shells are open. Replace the water and boil it again (don't like some flavor)
Prepare tofu, cut into small pieces, any size; wash and cut coriander
After the water boils, put the tofu in the pot and boil it again
Put some soup in the empty bowl and dilute with a spoonful of miso. Ingredients come out of the pan
Coriander is slightly hot, put it in a bowl, and it's done!
