Deep-fried sauce

First of all, we must first fry the sauce (minced meat and sweet noodle sauce)

Cut the accessories into diced and minced shallots. Scatter the eggs, fry them in an oil pan and serve.

Pour oil into the pot, add the ham sausage and mushrooms when the oil is 50% or 60% hot, and do not overheat. When the surface of the ham sausage is golden, add eggs and stir-fry the rice over low heat. When the rice is slightly loose, stir-fry the home fried sauce, add vegetables, add soy sauce and a little oil to stir until the rice is cooked.

When the rice is cooked if it is not salty enough, add a little salt and stir-fry the shallots and stir fry a few times.
