Big collection of materials: Nestle Sanhua Dessert Powder can be Taobao, it is mango-flavored, I did not take the packaging! The material is divided into a jelly layer (jelly powder + sugar + water) and a cotton layer (geline slice + sugar + milk)
Add the jelly layer material (jelly powder + sugar 10g) to the boiling water and stir quickly to make it free of particles, then pour it into the mold and put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate to let it set faster. (In the step of pouring into the mold, I didn't take a picture)
Put the cotton layer material: gelatin tablets + sugar + milk, stir evenly, and heat to boiling (the gelatin tablets should be soaked in cold water in advance and drained)
Boiled cotton layer, quickly beat with a eggbeater to wet hair (I think the freshly cooked cotton layer, let it cool a little, and then beat it better. Also, wet hair just becomes sticky)
Pour the beaten cotton layer into the solidified jelly mold and smooth it out.
After the gel layer and cotton layer are ready, put the mold into the refrigerator and wait for it to solidify. (I put it out after three or four hours, I'm really curious about what the finished product looks like)
Cured milk marshmallow (I use a square crisper, so it looks flat! You can choose a rectangular mold when you make it, and the finished product will look better!)
After dicing, roll on a plate filled with coconut, so that the marshmallows are covered with coconut.
