This bread recipe is really a hundred things. Although it has cream butter, it is not a good helper for everyone to lose weight, but the soft bread tissue inside is really likable. You can also add your favorite stuffing, chocolate, dessert or dried fruit. It's all good.
Material
High-gluten flour | 200g |
Dry yeast | 1 /2tsp |
White sugar | 20g |
salt | 1 /2tsp |
Light cream | 30g |
milk | 110g |
butter | 20g |
Chocolate (sandwich) | The right amount |
Put the dry yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 10 minutes to let the yeast form a dense layer of small bubbles. Mix all the ingredients except butter and knead it to the expansion stage (the film is pulled away, but it is easy to disconnect), put butter and continue to knead until the film is pulled. In a warm and humid environment (you can put a pot of hot water in the oven), the fermentation is twice as large.
Exhaust the air and knead it into a smooth dough again
Divided into four parts on average (according to your preference, there are many ways to shape bread)
I added chocolate to two of them (the chocolate can be rolled up first and rolled into a circle)
Put it in a mold (I used an 8-inch round cake mold), secondary fermentation to twice the size, sprinkle a little flour on top
Preheat the oven at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depending on the size of the bread, the time varies). After the top is colored, you can cover it with a layer of foil.
