Wash and drain the rice first, then put them in the cooking machine to break them. You can also buy rice noodles in the supermarket. I bought it in a store selling dry goods. Rice noodles are similar to our steamed meat noodles. But rice noodles are better. Chili powder, dried chili can also be broken into the cooking machine, you can also buy ready-made.
