Loofah | |
Old tofu | |
salt |
Peel and wash the loofah and salt for 15 minutes. Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside.
Rinse the loofah with water.
Add water to the pot and bring the loofah to a boil. Then simmer slowly until the loofah is soft and rotten.
Stew into old tofu.
Season with salt and turn off the heat.
