Okra A box
Ice water bowl
soy sauce The right amount
mustard The right amount

Wash the okra in clean water

Prepare a bowl of ice water

Boil water in the pot, put the washed okra after boiling

You can fish out after boiled water for 30S

Put the okra in the water immediately into ice water to cool
