I dare to say that this is the healthiest Yangzhi Ganlu

I really wanted to write a recipe with pictures and texts, but I quickly made it for Ma Ma yesterday, so I couldn't take pictures in the process. I didn't see coconut milk selling in a circle around the supermarket. I think I bought a fresh coconut green a few days ago. With the mentality of trying it, I didn't expect to be very successful ~ I plan to buy Sanhua evaporated milk, but I usually use it myself. Not much, afraid of wasting, and replacing it with milk powder is actually very good. This poplar nectar does not use condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream, and takeaway coconut milk. All the ingredients are natural, so I dare say that this is the healthiest poplar nectar. Prepare for 30 minutes and make a summer dessert for the person you love. =)

Material

Mango Two
Fresh coconut green One
Skimmed milk powder The right amount
granulated sugar The right amount
grapefruit Half
Simi 50g

Handle mangoes, cut them down and keep them in beautiful shapes for decoration.

Boil water. After boiling water, add sago (do not wash) for 2 minutes, turn off the heat, pour water, add cold water (in order to make sago taste better)

Handle coconut green. After breaking open the coconut, pour out the clear coconut juice in the right amount. Use a spoon to dig out the remaining coconut flesh in the coconut and join the coconut juice room.

Add mango, coconut milk and coconut meat, mix the right amount of white sugar, skimmed milk powder, and add to the blender. Stir well. (Yangzhi Ganlu's soul is ready)

Boil another pot of water, add the sago in cold water, and continue to cook for five minutes to turn off the heat. It's stuffy for ten minutes (you can start peeling grapefruit at this time, and put the mixed mango juice made in the previous step into the refrigerator. Mom doesn't like ice, so I omitted this step)

Sago is cooked until it is white and completely transparent. Add the appropriate amount of sago and mix the mango coconut juice in 4 miles.

Put the beautifully shaped mango and grapefruit on top, and the poplar nectar is ready ~ If you like ice, put it in the refrigerator to cool down. If you like normal temperature, you can order it now ~
