Honey Apple Pudding Cake

I want to make a cake, I prepared it and found that there is no low-gluten flour, what should I do? After thinking about it, I used ordinary flour and tried to make this pudding. Replace the sugar in it with honey to feel healthier. Recommend that it is best to add less sugar, and it is great with cranberry desserts, suitable for black tea.

Material

butter 90g can be reduced or replaced with olive oil as appropriate
All-purpose flour 100g
honey 20g I put less, you can according to your taste
Lemon juice 10ml
Lemon zest 1
Baking powder (can be changed to yeast, it takes 40min) 1 scoop
egg 3

The butter melts in water and sets at room temperature.

Add honey and mix well.

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk. Roughly foaming slightly, or 8-point foaming is also possible. I'm lazy, just stir it, haha. Add the butter honey mixture from step 2 and lemon juice and mix well.

Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl and mix well. Pour the egg oil mixture from step 3 and mix well up and down.

Add lemon zest. Peel and slice the apples, add to the batter and mix well.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, prepare the baking tray, spread a layer of greased paper, pour the batter, and put in the oven, 180 degrees, 45min.

Cut it, set it, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and cranberry blueberry jam to decorate. OK! ! Make black tea now and enjoy.
