Material

Chili noodles
Paprika
ginger 4 tablets
star anise 2 pcs
Cassia A bar
White sesame

Mix the chili powder and chili noodles, add a teaspoon of salt and sugar and mix well, then sprinkle with a layer of fried white sesame seeds.

Cold oil, add ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, and boil oil over medium heat.

When the ginger slices are fried to dryness and brown, remove all spices, continue to heat the oil until white smoke rises, and turn off the heat.

After cooling the hot oil for 10 seconds, slowly pour it into the chilli noodles. (At this time, the chili oil is ready, you can season it)

If there is no residue, just red oil, then after cooling, use a colander to filter. Remember to keep it sealed.
