For vegetables, it is best to keep it as refreshing as possible.

Wash and tear the small pieces of cabbage, drain and set aside.
The garlic cloves are patted with a kitchen knife.
Add the garlic cloves to the hot oil in the pan and stir fry, add cabbage and stir fry.
Add a tablespoon of clean water to the pot, cover it and simmer for two or three minutes.
Add salt to taste and stir fry a few times.
