This is a sweet and savoury western-style dish. The simply marinated pork chops are served with sweet and sour apple dessert with a hint of salty fragrance.
Wash the pork chops with the back of the knife, lightly fluff the meat, add salt, pepper, ginger shreds and white wine and marinate for half an hour.
Apple sauce is made in the process of pickling pork chops: green apples are cored and sliced.
Melt a small piece of butter in the pan over low heat.
Pour the sliced apple slices and stir fry lightly, and add the right amount of white vinegar, honey, sugar, pepper, salt, and apple juice (almost the amount of apples).
Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes (the apples are soft but not rotten), and use water starch to hook a little bite. The sauce part is ready, you can sprinkle some black pepper according to personal taste to increase the taste level.
Put a little oil in the pan and put the marinated pork chops. Fry over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
Wait until the surface of the pork chops is slightly charred. The whole process does not exceed 5 minutes to prevent the pork chops from getting old and losing moisture.
Put the pan on the plate and pour the apple sauce on the pork chops. You can mix some vegetables, pasta or mashed potatoes according to your preferences.
