Fried asparagus with mustard

Material

asparagus 400g
garlic a little
soy sauce 2 teaspoons
sugar a little
mustard 1/3 stick

Cut the asparagus into pieces. If it is too thick near the root, cut it off.

Put the asparagus in boiling water and blanch until 8 minutes. Pick up and set aside.

Mix the sugar, soy sauce and mustard together and set aside. Mustard must be added to have a mustard flavor.

Heat the pan, drain the oil and add garlic until fragrant. Put 2 in and fry until fully cooked.

Turn down the heat, put the 3 sauces in, fry it and turn off the heat immediately.
