I miss the egg fried rice that I made at home when I was a kid. I can eat two bowls at a time with only eggs and rice with a little salt. The whole bowl is the pure fragrance of eggs. I eat a lot of fried rice outside now, but I do n’t always feel the egg taste. Maybe it ’s because of MSG soy sauce and other seasonings. I want to make an egg fried rice myself today.
