Material

Fresh noodles 200g
Sesame paste Two tablespoons
Garlic clove 3 capsules
Soy sauce (or other soy sauce) a little
Minced meat miso (nothing can be omitted) 3 scoops
chopped green onion a little
sesame oil a little
Spring bell pepper a little
salt a little
pepper a little
sugar a little

Bring the water to a boil, add the noodles and cook until 8 minutes cooked. Pick up cold water and wash off the batter. Drain into a bowl and mix with sesame oil to prevent sticking

In a small bowl, add sesame paste and water to bring it to a uniform paste.

Add salt in sesame paste, a little sugar, soy sauce (soy sauce is mainly used to color, increase the color of noodles)

Make garlic by cutting, pressing, pounding, etc., and add a little water to make garlic juice. (This step can be done when cooking noodles)

Pour the garlic juice and the prepared sesame paste into the noodles, stir well

Add a little bell pepper (super fragrant, not very spicy) and homemade minced meat sauce (I bought a private dish on Taobao, it's delicious ~ if not, you can omit it)

Add pepper and mix well, and finally sprinkle a little green onion to start!
