Material

spaghetti A handful
Lekou kid meat stick One
shrimp Several
potato Small half
Frozen peas A handful
butter
Italian vanilla mix
Black pepper
milk
salt

Sichuan Chili Oil

Change the meat stick to a knife, cook the shrimp, peel the shell, remove the shrimp line, cut the potato into thin slices, and garlic into small pieces, all set aside. This is to boil the water for cooking pasta.

Put a little salt in the hot water. After the water is boiled, add the pasta. Cook until the pasta is basically soft and there is a little hard core in it, about 6-8min. You can prepare stir-fried side dishes while cooking pasta.

Put the butter in the pan, heat it to a liquid state, add garlic and fragrant, wait for the aroma to add potato chips and fry together.

After the potato chips are cooked, add peas and fry them together.

When the peas are almost ready, add meat sticks, cooked shrimp, some Parmesan and milk together.

Minced black pepper, please be sure to taste to adjust the taste. Because I am from Sichuan, I also dripped a little chili oil in it. Hahaha

Because of the starch in the potatoes, the milk can easily be juiced.

When the milk is ready for juice collection, pour in the cooked pasta, add a little milk, stir well, and let the sauce evenly touch the pasta.
