Most pumpkins are cooked slowly until they are cooked. The trouble-free can buy a stew pot and wait for it to simmer overnight. I have a short temperament, so I used the pressure cooker directly. I searched it before, and there is no meticulous method. I did it today. It ’s not bad, so share it with everyone! (This is the first time I used a pressure cooker (⊙o⊙))
Peel and wash the pumpkin. Pay attention to cut large pieces, and best deal with the necessary places, so as not to block the air outlet of the pressure cooker!
Wash and slice the red dates, remove the core and soak them in water.
Put the pumpkin in the pressure cooker for 5 minutes, or about 2 minutes after it starts to deflate. If you do n’t want to be too soft, you can turn off the heat when you start to exhale, and wait for the pumpkin to be stuffy.
Then uncover the pressure cooker, pour the dates and the soaked water together, and turn on the fire. If you like to eat a piece of pumpkin flakes, you can crush the pumpkin when you cook it. Don't use too much pressure, it is best. If you think the pumpkin is not sweet enough, you can add some rock sugar or brown sugar to taste.
