Material

Purple Cabbage
Cucumber
parsley
olive oil
White sugar
Lemon juice
soy sauce

Shred the purple cabbage and marinate it with salt for ten minutes (in this step you can remove some of the vegetables to taste and soften the purple cabbage slightly) and wash it with water (otherwise it will be too salty).

Cucumber slices, parsley cut into sections.

Sauce: Cut half a lemon to squeeze the juice, add white sugar, olive oil, and a small amount of fresh soy sauce.

Stir the sauce and ingredients evenly.
