Barley A handful
Lotus seeds Five or six
crystal sugar The right amount
lemon One

Barley lotus seeds soaked for three or four hours

Put rock sugar before opening it in the rice cooker

When finished, pour into a bowl and let cool

Squeeze lemon slices into lemon juice and put 3 or 4 slices

Cool thoroughly and put in the refrigerator to refrigerate
