Material

Watermelon A
Watermelon B (diced, for decoration)
chrysanthemum
Fish glue powder
water

Juice the watermelon and add melted fish glue powder (I added about 15g)

Pour into a container and refrigerate for 1 ~ 2 hours, the surface solidifies

When the watermelon juice is almost solidified, chrysanthemum + water is boiled, add honey or rock sugar (I used rock sugar) according to your preference, and add melted fish glue powder (about 15g)

Pour chrysanthemum nectar on the frozen watermelon. If you want to be beautiful, you can put the chrysanthemum just cooked (preferably those that bloom into flowers) into the chrysanthemum nectar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours

Cut the watermelon on the surface before eating.
