water 150g
Fast dry yeast 2.5g
salt 1g
Toast material:
Old noodle dough 70g
High-gluten flour 310g
honey 60g
salt 4g
milk powder 9g
Fast dry yeast 4.5g
Whole egg 30g
water 180g
butter 15g
Black sesame powder 40g
Walnut The right amount

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, spread butter on the toast mold to prevent sticking (non-stick plate avoids this step)

First put the ingredients other than butter and black sesame powder into the basin and knead the dough to the expansion stage

Add black sesame powder, continue to knead, add a small piece of butter softened at room temperature to complete the stage, and then knead the walnut kernels

Ferment in a warm place until the dough is 2-2.5 times larger, poke holes in the fingers with flour, and do not rebound

Take out the dough and vent on the chopping board, divide into 4 equal parts, round, cover and let rest for 15 minutes

Roll each dough into an ellipse, turn it from top to bottom one-third, then turn it from top to bottom one-third, and make a three fold, roll out the long bar

Turn it over, roll up each strip and place it in the toast mold

Fermentation in the warm place until 10 minutes full (after adding black sesame powder, I feel that it still extends the fermentation time a bit, it takes about 1 hour)

180 degrees (356F), 40 minutes (the baking pan can be turned 180 degrees in the middle, and the top color becomes darker, you can cover it with tin foil)

After the oven, take out the toast and let it cool
