Braised Chicken Leg

Material

Chicken legs
Shiitake mushrooms
Green onions
carrot

Boil a pot of hot water, add chicken legs and cook for 10 minutes, then wash, cut a few mouths with a knife, add soy sauce and salt to marinate for half an hour

Heat up the pan with oil, add some green onions and stir-fry, add mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry, add marinated chicken legs and stir-fry

Add a little water, sprinkle green onions, cover the pot and cook

Add the salt and collect the juice
