Material

beef
egg 3
ginger
shallot

Chop the beef into minced, chopped ginger into minced, and finally chopped together, and add some soy sauce, salt, black pepper to taste and mix well

Chopped green onions, beaten into liquid

Pour oil into the pot, over medium heat, use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of egg liquid into the pot. After forming, put the beef filling on one side of the egg liquid, and then roll up the other side to form an egg dumpling. Repeat this step until the liquid is filled. Finish
