Almond nut milk
raw almonds, vanilla bean, dates, filtered water
|Raw almonds||1 cup|
|pure water||2-3 cups|
|Honey or agave nectar||1 tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||0.5g (optional)|
|Date palm||2 (optional)|
Soak the almonds overnight for at least 6 hours. Up to two days, the longer the soaking time, the thicker the milk.
Wash the almonds thoroughly with tap water and drain. The soaked almonds should feel sticky if pinched.
Put almonds, purified water and other ingredients into the blender. Stir at the fastest speed for 2 minutes, whipping until smooth and delicate.
Put the gauze into the measuring cup and filter it.
