Material

(Amount for three or four people) white rice Small half bowl
Yuan shell or scallop About 20 capsules of thumb nail size
Dried oysters Around 8
Fresh shiitake mushrooms 1-2 flowers
Small vegetables 2 mushrooms
Ginger one slice
Cooking wine 1 scoop

Put about six bowls of water in the rice, cook it like usual porridge, boil it on high heat and cook it on low heat for about 20 minutes, cook the porridge until it is three minutes away from thick

At this time, make sure that the height of the water surface is about 2-4 cm above the height of the porridge, otherwise it will be too thick or too thin. Then add ginger, a small spoonful of salad oil, put the oysters and Yuan Beilian cooking wine together, and stir well

Continue to simmer for about 12 minutes, add shiitake mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes

Finally add the greens, a little salt, and cook for a minute or two. You can put some green onions according to your preferences!
