Muddy fish, also known as flower jumping fish, are mostly produced in tidal flat wetlands. This soup is not a fresh squid fish, but a dry product made by skewering fresh fish on wooden sticks. Winter melon is a good summer product.

Peel and seed slices of winter melon. The dried fish is soaked in water. Cut green onions into green onions.
Start cooking and add oil. Stir-fry the winter melon until it is soft, pour in the squid fish and add the right amount of water Season with appropriate amount of salt.
Cover the pot. After the water is boiled into the chopped green onion, stir it and install it.
