Muddy fish, also known as flower jumping fish, are mostly produced in tidal flat wetlands. This soup is not a fresh squid fish, but a dry product made by skewering fresh fish on wooden sticks. Winter melon is a good summer product.

Peel and seed slices of winter melon. The dried fish is soaked in water. Cut green onions into green onions.
