Material

Soba 100g
tomato 1
carrot 1/3 root
cucumber 1/3 root
soy sauce
Balsamic vinegar
oil
salt
garlic

Tomatoes cut into small pieces of carrots and cucumbers shredded garlic minced;

Soba noodles are boiled in boiling water for two minutes, picked up in cold water and drained.

Stir-fry the pesto in a hot oil pan, add tomato and fry the juice, fry the shredded carrots until chopped, then add buckwheat noodles and stir-fry. Balsamic vinegar is very fragrant!
