Vegetarian Crab Winter Melon Soup

For me, eggs are not vegan, but in order to persevere, I sometimes eat some eggs, because once I went from meat to vegan one year at a time, I did n’t persevere. There are still some results. Material

Winter melon A rectangular bar
Salted egg 1
Garlic clove One
Shallot Half root
salt
Non-GMO Rapeseed Oil
sugar

After the oil is hot, stir fry the next garlic clove
