Material

Low-gluten flour 150 grams
olive oil 45g
Shiitake mushrooms 7, 8 (according to your preference)
Soft white sugar 30g
salt 10 grams
water 45g
Baking powder 5 grams

Sift low-gluten flour and baking powder

Add salt, sugar and olive oil

Rub all flour into coarse corn flour

After the mushrooms are soaked, diced and added to the mix

Roll it into a ball and roll it flat and use a die to cut it into your favorite shape

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
