Material

Xiangqi sauce
Cilantro
flour
Salad oil
Pixian bean paste
Garlic hot sauce
Chopped green onion

Rub the flour with warm water to form a dough, and then knead together. After the dough is smooth, start to wake up. The noodles must be softer or the taste will be bad

Shred the Pixian bean paste

Turn on the small fire and put the Pixian bean paste in the pan and fry it slowly. Fry out the red oil and put the garlic chili sauce and Xiangqi sauce.

Roll out the awakened dough embryo into a rectangular cake, then pour salad oil and smear it evenly, and cut two knives at four intervals. Then fold it in half to form a rectangular flatbread, making it into a round shape and rolling it into a flatbread, taking care not to make it too thin
