Material

egg 2 pcs
Toast 1
cucumber a little
ketchup The right amount
Butter (optional) The right amount
Salt /pretzel powder (optional) The right amount

First take a piece of toast and use any mold you have to remove the middle part of the toast.

Take an egg and make it into egg liquid. It's better to put it in a larger bowl or a plate. Then dip the toast in it to make sure that the whole toast has egg liquid.

Heat the pan and add butter. I'm afraid of being greasy so I didn't add it. The toast itself is oily. Then put another egg in the middle of the toast without breaking it up. Spread an appropriate amount of salt or pepper powder on the egg.

Fry over low heat. The excess egg liquid can be poured directly on the toast. When the bottom is almost set, turn over and continue to fry.

Then it's out of the pan. If you like to eat a little crispy, you can fry it for a while, then cut a little cucumber on the toast, and then squeeze in an appropriate amount of tomato sauce.
