Tibetan yogurt rice

The yogurt rice I ate when I went to Tibet felt quite simple. When there was leftover rice and I did n’t want to eat too greasy, I could mix it myself.

Material

rice bowl
raisin A handful
Yogurt bowl

The leftover rice and raisins are sautéed in a clean, oil-free pan over medium-low heat, and served with yogurt after serving.
