Stewed Pork Ribs

The tofu I saw at a cooked food stall recently was dried, tender and juicy. Just a few days ago my dad went to the Chinese Super League to buy some dried tofu and asked my mother to order a small row so that I could have dried tofu. Hahahaha.

Material

Dried tofu
Pork ribs
Sooty
salt
star anise
sugar
Cooking wine
oil

Wash the ribs and cut into small pieces (Mama bought it as a small rib), and then marinate with salt for 60 ~ 90 minutes

Rinse the tofu dry and cut into long strips (or various shapes)

(Now you should wash the rice and soak it in the electric rice cooker. What to do, just wait for the ribs to be marinated)

then! ! Everything is ready! ! Start cooking (the rice cooker start button is very important, in order to have food)! Cold pan, oil, fire! !

First a little bit of sugar (I wanted to fry the sugar color, but I forgot), and then stir-fry the lower ribs

When the ribs change color, you can put water, eight feet and old pumping. Grumbling Grumbling, when boiling, there will be a lot of foam, trouble skimming. Add salt when the soup is clear, so the soup is ready.

Let the tofu dry for three minutes on high heat and 20 minutes on low heat (remember to cover the lid for these 20 minutes, otherwise it will be dried), then collect the juice on high heat and it will be ok.
