Steamed shrimp with loofah

Loofah 300g
shrimp The right amount
garlic Six petals
soy sauce The right amount
oil The right amount
sugar The right amount

Peel and cut the loofah into small pieces, mince the garlic and the shrimp to the shrimp line.

Place the loofah in the pan and set aside. Place the shrimps on the loofah and boil the water in another pot.

Heat the oil in the pan, put the minced garlic and saute, add soy sauce and sugar to taste [Since the loofah will cause the water to lighten the sauce, so the sauce is a bit salty here], then spread evenly on the loofah and shrimp.

Place the plate in a pot of boiling water and steam for about 8 minutes.
