Material

fish Perch bream and so on can be
Steamed fish sauce
Vegetable oil
Cooking wine
salt
shallot /Ginger shredded (used when cutting out several pieces of salted fish)

Cut a few knives on both sides of the fish body, evenly spread salt and cooking wine, put some ginger slices, marinate for 10 minutes

Marinated fish, put it on a plate, put it in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes

Take out the steamed fish, spread onion and ginger, and drizzle with steamed fish sauce
