Compared to peaches, nectarines are often less flattering, not sweet and juicy. But nectarine is thick and rich in aroma, and it is particularly suitable for simmering and making desserts.

Peel and peel the nectarine, cut into thick chunks. Lemon juice.
Take the stew pot and add 1 tablespoon of nectarine cubes, yellow sugar cubes and lemon juice. Add the red wine until the peach chunks have just passed. Sprinkle with an appropriate amount of cinnamon powder to season.
After boiling the water in the steamer, put it in a low heat steaming pot for about 15 minutes until the peach meat becomes soft. Take out the stew pot and put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate overnight, let the peach flavour.
The next day, take out the peach pieces in the stew pot and place them on the plate. Half of the remaining red wine juice is put into a pan and boiled into a thick syrup, poured on the peach block.
Finally, sprinkle with lemon zest and cinnamon powder.
