Red Bean Yogurt

red beans
Agar
water

Red beans soaked in water for two hours

Add the soaked red beans and press with a pressure cooker for half an hour while soaking the agar in water

The pressed red bean soup, the bean particles may still be quite large, after cooling, crushed into red bean paste with a cooking machine

Heat red bean paste and soaked agar, stirring constantly, until the agar melts completely

Put sugar (if the taste is light, do n’t put it)

Pour the red bean paste into the grinder and let it cool before entering the refrigerator
