Material

Octopus Two
Pickle 3
Green onions One
White pepper
salt
rice wine
Oyster sauce
Sand tea sauce

Marinated fish, can be marinated for a few hours to compare the taste, cut the octopus into sections, take the outer layers to pat the flat cut sections, add the octopus into the onion sections, rice wine, salt, pepper to marinate

Preparation, scallion cut into sections, pickled pepper cut into sections

Take a pot of oil, put the marinated octopus in it and fry it for about 3 minutes.

There is a little oil left in the pot, stir-fry the shallots, add the pickled pepper and continue to fry, add a tablespoon of oyster sauce, a tablespoon of sand tea sauce, add a little hot water and simmer for a while ~

Add the fried octopus and cook until it's juiced, about 3 or 4 minutes, just let the octopus taste ~~
