Material

Gold pomfret 3
salt
oil
shallot

The golden pomfret is killed, descaled, and washed. Use a kitchen knife to draw 3 sides on each side of the fish. Spread the whole body with salt and marinate for 10 minutes

Put more oil in the pan, heat it up, change to medium heat, let the fish fry until one side is golden brown, then turn the side to fry the other side, until both sides are golden brown, just fine

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with green onions, just fine
