In summer, make chicken feet and drink. Watching TV in the air-conditioned room is very comfortable. I bought it either with too much monosodium glutamate or too spicy. I made it myself in 30 minutes. This is a non-spicy version. If you like spicy food, you can add dried chili when you cook it again.

Wash and handle chicken feet. Slice the ginger, boil the water, add part of the ginger and put the chicken feet in the water. Remove after 3-5 minutes.
Put a little oil in the pot and stir the ginger. Put chicken feet, beer, and spices in order. Add soy sauce, old soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, dried osmanthus according to personal taste. Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, add bean paste and osmanthus paste. Collect the juice on fire. It's almost ready to go out.
