Material

Low powder 55 grams
egg 3
milk 20 grams
Powdered sugar 40 grams
Lemon juice (not to add protein to pass the protein) A few drops
Salad oil 20 grams
Red dates (peeled and cut into small pieces) Two

Put the egg white and egg yolk in separate bowls, being careful not to have a little water and oil.

After adding the egg yolk liquid, first put 10 grams of powdered sugar and melt, add salad oil and mix well, then add milk and mix well.

Put the sieved low powder in step 2 and quickly stir with a spatula until there are no particles.

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg white solution, add the remaining powdered sugar in three portions, and whisk the egg white to the small corner that does not fall when you lift the eggbeater.

Mix step 4 into the beaten egg whites, being careful not to draw circles, stirring from bottom to top until it is evenly mixed.

Pour the mixed cake into the paper cup, being careful not to be too full. Put in the middle of the preheated oven, 160 degrees, bake for 20 minutes, take out the sprinkle of red dates, and bake for 5 minutes.
